General assemblyfor our co-op members & more

Find all information and documentation related to the General Assembly of cooperative members, which will take place on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at Comets Louise in Brussels.

At Alterfin, the General Assembly is where our cooperative truly comes alive. It’s the moment we come together to reflect on our mission, ask questions and help shape the direction of the organisation — collectively.

This year marks a first‑of‑its‑kind edition: the entire programme of the 2026 General Assembly will be open to all participants, with formal voting reserved, as always, for co‑op members. We’re excited to welcome a broader audience into this key moment of cooperative life.

The programme will bring a dynamic mix of governance, insight and dialogue: the presentation of the 2025 accounts, a review of our portfolio performance, and updates on our strategic priorities, including the ongoing generational transition within our cooperative.

After the formal votes, we’ll continue the conversation with guest speakers and partners, exploring the evolving role of cooperative finance and microfinance today.

Once the Assembly has taken place, you’ll find here the minutes and the answers to the questions raised.
