has arrived

On 25 April 2026, during the General Assembly, the cooperative members approved a 1% dividend for the year 2025.

This year, that dividend comes with a unique flavour — thanks to two meaningful additions:

Your first Human Yield certificate
Together with your dividend attest, these two documents reflect the dual nature of your shares: a modest financial return and a human return measured in improved lives.
A new campaign with Oxfam
A responsible return with a delicious twist

And now, it’s up to you to decide what happens next.

  2. Donate your dividend to the Guarantee Fund
  3. Have your dividend paid out to your bank account

1. Subscribe to new shares

Through this joint campaign, every new Alterfin share contributes to a triple impact in the fight for a fairer cocoa chain — as an investor, a donor, and a conscious consumer.

  • ‍‍Every share (62.50 €) triggers a 1 € donation by Alterfin to the Bite to Fight project.
  • For every 8 shares purchased (500 €), you will receive an Oxfam Bite to Fight voucher worth €5.
  • This offer is valid for investments until 15 July 2026.
  • Oxfam vouchers and the total campaign donations will be transferred at the end of the campaign period.

If your dividend amount is insufficient for purchasing new shares, you may add an extra payment.

2. Donate to the Alterfin Guarantee Fund

Your donation helps us stand by our partners over time, enabling them to grow stronger and make a lasting difference in their communities and for the planet.

Thanks to our collaboration with the King Baudouin Foundation, donations of €40 or more qualify for a 30% tax reduction.
